Armed Robbers Sought After Assault in DC

Police in Washington, D.C. are actively searching for two suspects involved in an armed robbery and assault that occurred on April 29 in the 800 block of H Street NW. The suspects reportedly confronted multiple victims, brandished firearms, and stole money, with one victim facing physical assault during the incident. Surveillance footage has recorded clear images of the suspects, prompting law enforcement to release the photos in hopes of identifying them.

As of now, no arrests have been made and authorities have not confirmed the condition of the assaulted victim. A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects; however, police advise the public not to approach them if spotted. Investigators are continuing to review security footage and speak with witnesses to advance their case as they treat this robbery as a violent crime.
