Houston Police Seek Help in Fast-Food Armed Robbery

The Houston Police Department is actively seeking the public’s assistance in locating an armed suspect connected to a robbery at a fast-food restaurant on W. Bellfort, which occurred late on May 8. An employee was held at gunpoint while taking out the trash, forced to re-enter the establishment where the suspect, described as a thin Black male, demanded cash from the register.

In their effort to gather more information, authorities have announced a reward of up to $5,000 for tips leading to the suspect’s arrest. Tips can be made anonymously through Crime Stoppers by calling 713-222-TIPS (8477) or via their mobile app. This incident highlights ongoing concerns about safety and crime in the area, prompting police to urge community members to come forward with any relevant information.
