The suspect is described as a white female with a thin build, sporting tattoos on her left arm. Witnesses report she was last seen wearing a blue scarf on her head, a white shirt, black pants, and white shoes. Authorities encourage anyone with potential information regarding this case to contact the police or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
