A 26-year-old man is charged with armed robbery following a shocking incident caught on video outside a Glenview, Illinois couple’s home. Greg Poulos and Angie Beltsos were targeted as they returned from dinner on April 21, when three men, brandishing firearms, demanded their belongings in a terrifying confrontation.
The couple initially misidentified their attackers as friends before realizing the threat. After tossing their keys, cell phones, and a purse to the robbers, Poulos’s jacket was also taken. Chicago police arrested Angelo Hatter on June 6, and he faces serious charges in connection with the case, while the investigation continues into the remaining suspects.
