An Uber driver was shot in the face early Friday morning in San Antonio by an unknown suspect driving a white truck. The incident occurred at approximately 6 a.m. while the driver was dropping off a passenger, resulting in a call to the police about a shooting in progress shortly thereafter.
According to police, the suspect approached the driver’s vehicle while it was on Wurzbach Road, requesting him to pull over. When the driver did not comply, the suspect reportedly fired at him, striking him in the face before fleeing the scene. Authorities have not disclosed the driver’s current condition and continue to search for the assailant in this ongoing investigation.
