Notably, Stein chose not to act on three contentious bills related to immigration reform and concealed carry. Among these is SB 153, which would involve state law enforcement agencies in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) functions, raising questions about the governor’s stance on immigration policy as he moves forward in his term.
