A suspect in a sexual assault investigation is shot and killed by a Utah County SWAT team after he allegedly points a firearm at officers. This incident follows reports of an “aggravated” sexual assault in Eagle Mountain, where the victim was left with significant injuries, including signs of strangulation, and required hospital treatment.
