The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office (BSO) is actively seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two persons of interest related to an armed robbery that occurred Monday afternoon at SSH Mart located on Pio Nono Avenue. At approximately 4:28 PM, a suspect brandished a firearm and demanded money from a customer before fleeing the scene with an accomplice in an older white Dodge 1500 pickup truck.
The BSO has released security camera images in hopes of identifying the suspects, who are believed to have last been seen heading north on Rice Mill Road. Authorities encourage anyone with information to contact the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office or Macon Regional Crime Stoppers, as the investigation remains active and ongoing to ensure community safety.
