Teens as Young as 13 Arrested in Capitol Hill Robbery

Four teenagers have been arrested by Seattle Police in connection with an armed robbery that occurred in Capitol Hill, targeting a 21-year-old victim. The suspects, aged between 13 and 16, allegedly assaulted the victim while brandishing a firearm with altered serial numbers, with one suspect also equipped with a knife during the incident.

The swift response by police led to the apprehension of three suspects within moments of the crime, while the fourth fled on foot through Cal Anderson Park before being captured. Charged with several offenses including first-degree robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm, the arrests highlight alarming trends of youth involvement in serious crimes in the area.
