Chrishawn Lloyd Stuckey, a 43-year-old from Birmingham, Alabama, has been sentenced to two years in federal prison after pleading guilty to possessing a firearm as a felon. Stuckey’s conviction follows a disturbing incident at a Wal-Mart in Waterloo, where he was found intoxicated and driving erratically, ultimately leading police on a chase that ended with him reversing into a squad car.
During the arrest, officers discovered a loaded stolen firearm in Stuckey’s vehicle. With a history of felony convictions for gun-related offenses, he will serve a 24-month sentence followed by three years of supervised release, with no possibility of parole. Stuckey is currently in the custody of the U.S. Marshal, pending transfer to a federal facility.
