56-year-old Randy Thor was arrested and charged with several firearm-related offenses, reflecting the serious implications of the illicit operation. Investigators highlighted the significance of the location on Cooper Drive, identified as a central hub for the assembly and distribution of these weapons, which are becoming increasingly popular among criminals due to their lack of serial numbers.
