A brother and sister, Warren Pollock, 24, and Wanisha Pollock, 29, are arrested in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred in a Fort Lauderdale store on March 17, 2022. The incident, which was captured by the store’s surveillance cameras, involved Warren Pollock allegedly entering Tony’s Market and firing without warning at Steven Black, who did not survive the attack.
Law enforcement utilized the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network alongside police from Miami Beach and Miami Gardens to identify the suspects. Warren was apprehended on July 8, 2025, in Augusta, Georgia, following a grand jury indictment for first-degree murder. Wanisha was arrested shortly after on July 10 and charged as an accessory after the fact, although the motive for the shooting remains unclear.
