Kimberly Brake’s home in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, is riddled with at least 19 bullet holes following two separate incidents within less than a month. Neighbors have reported similar experiences, and Brake is advocating for change, stating, “That house has become a menace to the community,” in hopes that raising awareness will lead to a solution.
