West Hartford police have arrested two men, Michael Grady, 21, and Joshua Benitez-Singh, 22, both from Hartford, following the discovery of a vehicle they had been pursuing earlier in the week. During the traffic stop, officers seized a loaded 3D printed “ghost gun,” a .38 revolver, and various illegal drugs including 46 bags of fentanyl, making this a significant operation against drug trafficking in the area.
Grady faces multiple charges, including criminal possession of a firearm and operating a vehicle without a license, while Benitez-Singh is charged with illegal possession of a weapon and intent to sell a hallucinogen. Both men have been held on a $350,000 bond ahead of their arraignment as police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident.
