A couple experiences a terrifying armed robbery late Tuesday night while traveling on U.S. Route 422 in Auburn Township, Ohio. The Geauga County Sheriff’s Office reports that masked gunmen forced the victims’ vehicle, a gray or silver Toyota RAV4, to a stop before brandishing firearms and demanding money.
According to the 911 call made by the female victim shortly after the incident, the suspects instructed them not to look up for five minutes after fleeing the scene. Authorities are still gathering details, including whether any items were stolen or if arrests have been made. The investigation continues as deputies seek more information from potential witnesses.
