A 22-year-old San Rafael man, Jechivon Anay Cifuentes Diaz, is sentenced to 360 days in jail following convictions related to two separate gun cases. He faced charges after an incident in February where he allegedly assaulted the father of a juvenile and led police on a car chase that ended in San Francisco when his vehicle broke down.

His brother, Jovardo Esmar Cifuentes Diaz, faces similar charges and has pleaded not guilty, with trial proceedings set for later this year.
