Davis, 35, entered Once Upon a Child on North Dixie Avenue around 3:45 PM on Thursday, where witnesses reported she began igniting items before attempting to flee with stolen merchandise.

Currently held at the Hardin County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond, her recent actions raise serious public safety concerns and invite scrutiny into her repeated offenses.
