Ritchison, 34, leads the trio with a sentence of over nine years, after evading police and dropping a loaded pistol during his arrest. Randy Dale Ricketts Jr., 43, received a 15-year sentence linked to a gun with an obliterated serial number, while Destin Jay Svestka, 28, was sentenced to over 13 years following a high-speed chase that ended with him discarding a loaded pistol into a river.
The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana, Tom Wheeler, emphasized the danger these individuals pose, outlining their violent criminal histories and the serious nature of their offenses.
