Shaquita Anderson, 34, is charged with two counts of first-degree robbery and one count of first-degree kidnapping after a violent incident at a Montgomery extended stay hotel. According to court documents, Anderson allegedly brandished a pistol while helping to rob two men of cash, a cellphone, jewelry, and other belongings on the morning of August 25 at the Studio Lodge.
Authorities state that Anderson also played a role in the abduction of one victim, reportedly holding a gun to him as he was transported against his will. She was apprehended on September 3 and is currently being held without bond at the Montgomery County Detention Facility. This incident raises significant concerns about safety and crime in the area.
