Police in Elyria, Ohio, have arrested a local man, Brian Foster, in connection with an armed robbery at Kay Jeweler’s that occurred on October 14. The 37-year-old faces charges of aggravated robbery after allegedly threatening employees with a semi-automatic handgun, compelling them to hand over jewelry from the display cases.
Authorities quickly identified Foster using surveillance footage and evidence found at the scene. Upon his arrest, officers recovered jewelry matching the stolen items and a BB gun that resembled the weapon used in the heist, revealing a crucial detail in the ongoing investigation.
