Manatee Technical College Law Enforcement Director Retires

Jay Romine, who has dedicated 33 years to law enforcement, officially retires as the director of the Manatee Technical College Law Enforcement Academy on November 1. His tenure at the academy, which began shortly after his own graduation as a cadet, spotlighted his commitment to training future officers, culminating in the establishment of the new $7 million Law Enforcement Training Center in Myakka City.
