The father of an 8-year-old girl, who tragically died after being shot at her babysitter’s house in Cumberland County, now faces accusations of cyberstalking the babysitter. Fon Dockery, 39, is charged with repeatedly communicating with Chrystle Diane Michael and her family in a manner intended to cause distress, more than two years after his daughter Jenesis Dockery was shot in July 2023.
While Michael described her desire for peace and healing, Dockery has denied the allegations and plans to contest them in court. This new legal battle follows Dockery’s prior lawsuit against Michael and her father, alleging negligence leading to Jenesis’s death, which raises significant questions about the circumstances surrounding the incident and the responsibilities of firearm ownership in family settings.
