Authorities in Carbondale have arrested 32-year-old Seth Creasy-Constantine in connection with a domestic violence investigation that escalated to threats involving a firearm. The incident took place on October 23, in the victim’s home on West College Street, where the victim reported being battered and later sought treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.
Following the investigation, police obtained search and arrest warrants, leading to Creasy-Constantine’s apprehension after he attempted to flee on foot. A firearm was reportedly discovered during a search of the residence, prompting charges of aggravated domestic battery and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon against him. The case remains open as police continue to gather information.
