Two men, Kevin Archer Jr., 19, and Xavier Rodriguez, 18, were arrested in Manchester after a traffic stop uncovered several illegal firearms. During the early morning stop on West Middle Turnpike, police retrieved a loaded gun from Archer’s waistband, another from under the driver’s seat, and a third from Rodriguez’s backpack, all equipped with high-capacity magazines and one modified for rapid fire.
Authorities have charged both individuals with multiple offenses, including illegal possession of a weapon and carrying a pistol without a permit. Each suspect is currently held on a $500,000 bond and is set to appear in court, raising concerns over gun safety and illegal firearm possession in the community.
