A Jenkins Township man is jailed without bail after allegedly pointing an assault rifle at his wife during a domestic argument on Saturday night. Michael Sekusky, 40, faces multiple charges including aggravated assault and making terroristic threats, following an incident that unfolded in front of his wife’s 8-year-old daughter.
According to police reports, the conflict escalated after a party when Sekusky threatened his wife, prompting the child to intervene. The family sheltered in a closet while authorities apprehended Sekusky outside, where he was found holding a loaded 9mm pistol. The court has scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 4, with the judge deeming Sekusky a potential threat to the community.
