An Amazon driver has been arrested for aggravated menacing after he allegedly displayed a firearm during a road rage incident in Cleveland Heights. The altercation began when a 42-year-old woman reported that a man had pulled out a gun while thinking she was following him, prompting her to call the police at 10:05 a.m. on October 24. Officers located the suspect’s vehicle and discovered a gun hidden in the driver’s seat as the driver was delivering a package.
In a separate yet similarly alarming case, a 15-year-old boy alerted authorities when he heard violent sounds coming from his mother’s bedroom, leading to the arrest of her boyfriend on domestic violence charges. Cleveland Heights police are also investigating other recent disturbances in the area, including a brawl at the Meraki Cocktail Cafe that left one man with a concussion. These incidents highlight the ongoing concerns regarding safety and violence in community settings.
