During the investigation, Podleyon had mentioned seeking a second vehicle at the Eastwood Mall, prompting an examination by bomb squads and federal agencies. Although no explosives were found in that vehicle, the case raises questions about safety and the intent behind his actions, as Podleyon claims he was not trying to harm anyone. His arraignment in Trumbull County Court is scheduled for next Wednesday.
