In a significant traffic stop on Interstate 80, Nebraska State Patrol troopers arrest two individuals following the discovery of a substantial amount of drugs and weapons. During the search, authorities confiscate approximately 15 pounds of suspected marijuana, one gram of methamphetamine, two handguns, and drug paraphernalia. The driver, 68-year-old Alfred Stewart, faces charges for possession of marijuana over one pound and possession of a firearm during a drug offense. Meanwhile, passenger Tamesa Stewart, aged 50, is charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, highlighting a serious situation unfolding on Nebraska roads.
