Joseph Louis Carter, 38, is accused of entering the Shell station on Rochester Road around 2:40 a.m. on October 30, demanding cash from the clerk while threatening with the firearm.
Local police credit an extensive cooperative effort among various law enforcement agencies for Carter’s swift apprehension. After receiving information, detectives arrested him without incident on Friday, leading to his arraignment on Monday.
