The Rochester Police Department is currently investigating an armed robbery that occurred in the Corn Hill neighborhood on Monday evening. At approximately 6:30 p.m., a resident reported being approached by two individuals who brandished a weapon and demanded his belongings while he was walking along Adams Street.
The victim, fortunately uninjured, sought help at the nearby Public Safety Building, prompting a response from law enforcement. Despite their efforts, no suspects have been apprehended thus far. Authorities are urging anyone with information or surveillance footage related to the incident to contact the police or Crime Stoppers to aid in the investigation.
