Wilson police have arrested 34-year-old Sean Thompson-Ferrero in connection with the armed robbery of a Papa John’s Pizza shop on November 4. Authorities report that Thompson-Ferrero entered the establishment, brandished a knife, and demanded $80, successfully escaping with the cash before law enforcement intervened.
Using video surveillance and public tips, police were able to identify and apprehend Thompson-Ferrero at his home without incident. He is now facing serious charges, including robbery and simple assault by menace, and has been remanded to Northampton County Prison after being unable to post bail set at $10,000.
