A 45-year-old Livermore resident, Gregory Polson, faces ten criminal charges after reportedly brandishing a handgun at a group of juveniles involved in informal boxing matches at Bill Clark Park. The charges include felony counts of child abuse and possession of a firearm by a narcotic addict, among others, highlighting the serious nature of the incident that took place on November 22.

Polson is scheduled to appear in court on January 6 to enter a plea as he awaits trial conditions that restrict his access to firearms and the park.
