A 28-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly discharging a firearm into the air during a heated argument outside Fin and Feathers in Valdosta, Georgia. The incident occurred on November 29, and witnesses reported seeing Richard Faulk with a gun, prompting a chaotic scene as people fled the parking lot.
The Valdosta Police Department states Faulk is now charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and reckless conduct. This incident marks the third shooting-related episode in the restaurant’s parking lot within two weeks, raising safety concerns and prompting the establishment to adjust its hours and enforce stricter policies to ensure the well-being of patrons and staff.
