San Diego police have arrested two suspects, Ian Forbes and Niki Lindemann, linked to a series of armed robberies at local massage businesses that spanned just over a week. The alleged crimes occurred between November 29 and December 5, when the pair reportedly threatened employees with a gun and stole cash from three different spas across the city.
Law enforcement utilized their Automated License Plate Recognition system to connect the suspects to the incidents, leading to their arrest on December 6. Officers recovered a firearm and the vehicle used in the robberies, which highlights the effectiveness of modern tracking technology in solving crimes. Police encourage anyone with additional information to reach out to their Robbery Unit.
