A 35-year-old man, Seth Richardson, is arrested in Rocky Mount after allegedly robbing a Wells Fargo bank, triggering a dramatic police chase. Following the robbery, which involved the suspect demanding cash while armed, officers pursued Richardson after he fled on a motorcycle, ultimately crashing into a police vehicle close to Ridgecrest Drive.
In addition to the robbery charges, Richardson is linked to three other armed robberies in nearby Clayton and Raleigh. During an investigation, authorities discovered multiple weapons in a truck and trailer belonging to him, raising concerns about the extent of his criminal activities. Currently, he is hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, while a police officer involved in the incident received minor injuries and has been released for treatment.
