Emma M. Cunningham, 32, and Jervonz L. Williams, 49, plead guilty to serious charges, including attempted kidnapping and armed robbery, in a case stemming from a violent incident last August. Williams, a felon, possessed a firearm allegedly provided by Cunningham, with the pair’s criminal activities ranging from intimidation to robbery of a drug dealer.
