The incident took place at approximately 8:16 PM near the 1000 block of North Lamb Boulevard, where the suspect was reportedly dressed in a black face mask and distinctive striped attire, which included a black hoodie and sweatpants with grey stripes.
Authorities describe the suspect as a man of either Hispanic or white ethnicity, standing between 5 feet 8 inches and 6 feet tall and weighing around 200 pounds.
