Ukraine’s 8th Separate Rifle Battalion receives a significant boost with the donation of a long-range “Chernivtsi-Ashdod” sniper rifle, a .338 caliber Ruger provided by the Vengeance Guard project. This initiative, which enables communities to sponsor sniper systems, aims to enhance the operational capabilities of Ukraine’s Airborne Assault Forces.
During the handover ceremony in Kyiv, the volunteers emphasized the symbolic connection between Ukraine and Israel through the rifle’s name. Female sniper with the call sign Silver proudly accepts the rifle, expressing enthusiasm about its features that provide flexibility in various terrains. In total, over 400 sniper systems have been delivered through the Vengeance Guard project, underlining the concerted efforts to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces amid ongoing conflict.
