Aminadel Ramos, a 19-year-old from Harrisburg, is the second teen charged in connection with the theft of 11 handguns from Musser’s Outdoors in Ephrata Township. Responding to a burglary on May 2, police linked Ramos to the crime through social media and his own admissions during police interviews, highlighting the evolving nature of criminal investigations in the digital age.
Joshua Lynn Kone Jr., another teen implicated in the case, was arrested in August and charged with multiple felonies, including burglary and theft. Video footage captured Kone’s involvement in the burglary, where he and an accomplice smashed a glass door to access the firearms. As authorities continue to investigate additional suspects, the grassroots theft of firearms raises concerns about community safety and the responsibility of retail establishments.
