With recent tragic incidents involving children and unsecured firearms, this program becomes increasingly critical. Carter emphasizes that “Our children’s safety is non-negotiable,” reinforcing the importance of these lessons in preventing future tragedies. The program includes interactive activities and relatable scenarios to foster open communication about gun risks between children, parents, and law enforcement, aiming to mitigate the threat posed by unsecured weapons in homes and communities.
