In response to a troubling incident where a student brought a loaded gun to Woodbridge High School, three high schools in New Jersey’s Woodbridge school district will be installing metal detectors immediately. With a combined enrollment of over 4,000 students, Woodbridge High School, Colonia High School, and John F. Kennedy Memorial High School will implement the detectors sooner than originally planned for the next academic year.
