Glitter, the organization behind the initiative, partners with community groups such as the ECS St. Barnabas Community Resource Center to ensure effective implementation and resident involvement. The program not only focuses on cleaning but also seeks to foster safer environments, with funding support from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency playing a crucial role in community investment and sustainability.
