Arizona’s Wildlife Auction Features Unique Animal Goods

The Arizona Game and Fish Department is set to host its annual wildlife asset auction on March 29 and 30, presenting a diverse collection of goods, including mounted deer heads and taxidermy bighorn sheep. Scheduled during the 2025 Outdoor Expo at the Ben Avery Shooting Facility, the auction promises a wide array of items, from antlers and hides to sporting equipment, all aimed at raising funds for wildlife crime investigations and conservation.

Ken Dinquel, a representative of the department, highlights the uniqueness of the auction, noting the variety of items sourced from donations and public contributions. Admission to the event is free, and attendees have the opportunity to bid through individual purchases or silent auctions, making it an accessible event for both wildlife enthusiasts and collectors alike.
