Boonville police have arrested three suspects, including two juveniles, in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on Thursday evening in the 500 block of Leroy Street. According to police reports, the victims were threatened at gunpoint, although no shots were fired during the incident.
Following a rapid investigation, authorities located the suspects through a traffic stop and a subsequent search of a nearby residence led to the recovery of four handguns. The name of the adult male suspect will be disclosed once formal charges are filed. This incident raises concerns about youth involvement in crime within the community.
