Brothers Charged with Drug Trafficking and Gun Crimes

Kevin and Kaylen Miller, brothers with criminal records, are now facing serious federal charges related to drug trafficking and firearms violations following a comprehensive investigation. Kevin, 35, a known member of the Alma Avenue Gang, is accused of selling meth to an undercover officer and faces up to 40 years in prison, along with a potential $5 million fine. His brother Kaylen, 28, was found in possession of a loaded, stolen handgun and suspected cocaine, prompting charges that could have significant legal consequences.

The investigation, led by the FBI’s Safe Streets Task Force, highlights the ongoing efforts to combat drug-related violence in the community. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo emphasized the seriousness of the Miller brothers’ criminal history, stating that these charges serve as a reminder of the commitment to prosecute individuals involved in the drug trade and gun violence. Both brothers appeared in court recently to address their new charges, adding to their already extensive criminal backgrounds.
