Johnson’s legal troubles are compounded by his prior felony convictions for possession with intent to deliver heroin and first-degree robbery, both from Wood County. Scheduled for sentencing on October 2, 2025, he faces a maximum of 15 years in prison, a potential $250,000 fine, and up to three years of supervised release, emphasizing the seriousness of federal firearms violations.
