Cape Girardeau police have released video footage from an armed robbery that took place on June 30, where two suspects held an employee at gunpoint in a local business. The incident occurred at approximately 9:50 p.m. in the 300 block of Christine Street, with the suspects demanding cash from the register before fleeing the scene.
The police department is now appealing to the public for assistance in identifying the suspects seen in the video shared on their Facebook page. By harnessing community involvement, authorities hope to bring those responsible for this alarming act of violence to justice.
