Her event not only serves as a memorial for her late son, De’Zia Bailey, who was killed in 2024, but also aims to amplify the voices of victims and unite the community in a stand against violence.
The walk begins on Saturday, July 26, at the intersection of 4th and Warren Streets, culminating at the Davenport Police Station, where a prayer will be held.
