Fayetteville Police are actively searching for a suspect involved in an armed robbery that occurred Thursday evening at a North Mall Avenue business. The man, described as a Black male approximately 5’6″ tall with a stocky build, allegedly entered the establishment brandishing a weapon and demanded money from an employee before fleeing southbound.
Authorities have warned the public that the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous, urging citizens not to approach him. He was last seen wearing black shorts and a white tank top and is carrying an olive green backpack. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them at 479-587-3555.
