The footage depicts the individual, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, dressed in a gray hooded sweatshirt and distinctive Nike shoes, as they traverse Capitol Hill neighborhoods before planting two explosive devices. Notably, then-Vice President-elect Kamala Harris was inside the DNC headquarters when the bomb was discovered, raising significant concerns given the incident’s potential for harm.
